Reminous

The company.

A company in New York that runs ads for owners and builds the AI and automation behind them. The owner talks straight to the person who runs the ads and builds what runs behind them.

How it started

Before Reminous there was Magnifye, software for restaurants. The owners it was built for didn't want another tool. They wanted the work done.

So the work got done: the ads, the follow-up, the reporting. One campaign there returned 24 times its ad spend. That number belongs to Magnifye, and it is the whole reason Reminous runs ads first.

Magnifye was wound down, and the work kept going under Reminous.

How an engagement runs

  1. It starts with a line and a call.

An owner writes what is going on. The reply comes from the person who will do the work.

  2. The first month goes to whatever is needed first, most often the ads.

Usually the ads and the system behind their forms, so the first leads are not lost. Sometimes it is the system first, and the ads wait.

  3. After that, a monthly retainer, with most of the budget going to the spend.

The ad spend goes on the owner's own card to the platform. A weekly report says what ran, what it cost and what came in.

The rules, and why

  1. No text goes to a person who did not say yes.

The consent check sits before every text the system sends, on both ways in.

  2. Nothing AI drafts goes out before we read it.

We use AI across the work, from the research to the weekly report, and read everything it drafts before an owner or a customer sees it.

  3. Every number comes with how it was counted.

In the weekly report, a lead is a row in the sheet and spend is what the ad account says, and the report says which.

  4. The people who run the ads read the report.

What the numbers say goes straight back into the next ad and the next change to the system, with nobody in between.

  5. No promise about what a lead will cost.

An owner gets the numbers as they come in. The first weeks say what a lead costs; nothing before that does.

  6. Every failure reports to one place, and we read it.

Anything that breaks reports to one place, and so does anything about to run out, like the site, the ad budget or the texting balance. We read all of it.
